Deconstruction is an environmentally sound method for removing good condition building components in the same manner they were constructed. Our professional deconstruction crew performs light deconstruction services (nonstructural components) at commercial and residential properties. A knowledgeable construction manager will supervise your deconstruction team to ensure that you receive top-notch service.
Trainees are qualified to remove salvageable kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertops, doors, hardwood moldings, plumbing fixtures and other non-structural building materials. Salvaged materials are then resold in the Building Value Reuse Center, a retail store open to the public.

Building Value deconstruction services are provided at low to no cost. Our crews travel within a 50-mile radius of Cincinnati to complete projects. Special arrangements can be made for select projects outside the established parameters, based on reuse potential.
