Northwest:
Travel
I-75 South to 562-Norwood Lateral exit.
Take the Reading Road exit; turn right (south.)
At the Victory Parkway intersection,

right
at the Y-intersection. You will be on Victory
Parkway. Travel past Xavier University and cross
Dana Avenue. At the second light past Dana, turn
right onto Gilbert Avenue. Building Value will
be on your right.

Northeast:
Travel
I-71 South to Dana Avenue exit; turn right onto
Dana. Turn left onto Victory Parkway at Xavier
University . Turn right onto Gilbert Avenue. Building
Value will be on your right.
From
Downtown Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky via
I-71 North:
Travel
I-71 North to US-42 North/Reading Road/Eden Park
Drive; (exit 2, from the left.) Upon exiting,
stay in the right lane; turn right onto Eden Park.
At the next traffic light turn left onto Gilbert.
Travel north on Gilbert for one mile. (You will
past E. McMillan and William Howard Taft.) Building
Value will be on your left.
From
Northern Kentucky via I-471:
From
I-471, exit to I-71 North. Quickly merge into
the far left-hand lane. Take the US-42 North/Reading
Road/Eden Park Drive exit. Upon exiting, stay
in the right lane; turn right onto Eden Park .
At the next traffic light turn left onto Gilbert
Avenue. Travel north on Gilbert for one mile.
Building Value will be on your left.
