Deconstruction
Crew at Work
|
Latest
Project
The
Building Value deconstruction crew recently
completed work for The Christ Hospital,
salvaging materials from two floors about
to undergo renovations. The crew took out
cabinets, hand rails, ceiling tiles, sinks
and much more while recycling material not
able to be sold at the store.

External
Experiences
This
project also became an ideal training ground
for participants in Easter Seals Work Resource
Center's external experiences program. Through
this program, individuals with disabilities
were able to assist in the project by helping
stack and separate materials on the job
site and using hand and power tools to remove
cabinetry, wall fixtures and other materials
from the project.

project also caught the eye of local media that
shared with viewers and readers the importance
of salvaging usable materials from remodeling
and renovation projects. For more information

release.
